This Privacy Policy explains how Sandra Kemayou ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information across the properties at sandrakemayou.com, speak.sandrakemayou.com, rise.sandrakemayou.com, outlastinstitute.com, outgrewsmall.com, makemoneyinafricanow.com, and outlastschool.com (collectively, the "Sites").

What we collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact details — name, email address, and (when applicable) organization, role, and phone number — when you fill out a form, apply for a program, book a speaking engagement, request information, or join an email list.
- Assessment and diagnostic responses — answers to the "Are You Still Hiding?" assessment and "The Power Evolution™" organizational diagnostic, used to generate your personalized result.
- Payment information — processed by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, or similar). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
- Application information — when you apply for a program (Homecoming Retreat, 90 Days to CEO, Outlast School, MMA Collective, Outlast Agency plans), you provide information necessary for us to evaluate fit and respond.
Information we collect automatically
- Standard web analytics — pages visited, referrer, approximate location (city/country level), browser, and device. We use Google Analytics 4 (or comparable tooling) for aggregate site analytics.
- Cookies — small files stored in your browser to remember preferences and measure traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not function correctly without them.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries, applications, and speaking requests.
- To deliver the products, programs, and services you've requested or purchased.
- To send you email — confirmations, updates, content you've opted into, and program communications. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional email at any time using the link in any message.
- To generate your personalized assessment or diagnostic results, including the cost-of-attrition calculations on the corporate diagnostic.
- To improve our content and offerings based on aggregate site analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business:
- Email and CRM — GoHighLevel and similar tooling, to send communications and manage your relationship with us.
- Payment processing — Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent.
- Hosting and analytics — our website hosts and analytics providers.
- Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights.
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices; we select them with care.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Unsubscribe from non-transactional email at any time.
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your data.
- Withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

Children
Our coaching, corporate, and speaking properties are for adults aged 18 and older. The Outlast School works with girls between the ages of 11 and 18, but enrollment, communications, and information collection are handled directly with parents or legal guardians. No child under 13 may submit personal information on our consumer-facing sites.
International users
We operate from the United States and The Gambia. If you are located outside these regions and use the Sites, you are transferring your information to those jurisdictions. We protect your information with the same care regardless of where you are.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active email subscribers.
