You may share links to our content. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit the content without our prior written consent. Quoting short passages for review, journalism, or commentary with attribution is welcomed.

Programs, services, and purchases
When you purchase a program, retain a service, or book a speaking engagement, the specific terms of that engagement — pricing, deliverables, refund or cancellation policies, scheduling, and so on — are described at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement. Those engagement-specific terms govern that specific transaction; these Terms govern your general use of the Sites.
For coaching programs, assessments, and the corporate diagnostic: our content provides perspective, frameworks, and tools — it is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Results from any program or framework will vary based on your circumstances and the work you do.

The Sites may link to third-party websites, services, or resources. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. Your use of any third-party service is governed by its own terms.

The Sites and their content are provided "as is" and "as available." Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandra Kemayou and our affiliates, agents, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Sites, including any inability to access the Sites or reliance on their content.
Our total aggregate liability for any direct claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
